All vehicles are available for in-person purchase and pickup at our dealership located in Hayward, CA.
We only offer shipping per special requests by referral.
WARRANTY POLICY
All vehicles are covered by a powertrain warranty for 30 days or 1,000 miles from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
VEHICLE SALES — RETURN POLICY
All vehicle sales made by ABC Auto Brokers are final. Due to the nature of commercial vehicle transactions, we do not accept returns, or issue refunds on any vehicle once the sale has been completed and title has transferred.
By completing a purchase with ABC Auto Brokers, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, review all documentation, and ask questions prior to signing. All vehicles are sold in the condition agreed upon at the time of sale.

All other vehicles
Exceptions & Disputes
Any concerns regarding a vehicle must be raised prior to completing the sale. Post-sale disputes related to vehicle condition, performance, or fit-for-purpose are subject to the terms outlined in your individual sales contract and applicable state law.
